Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the celestia-island closed beta services — the arona admin panel, shittim-chest, and related services under *.celestia.world.

Service description

• The services are in internal beta and access is invite-based: public self-registration is closed by default, and invitations are issued by the maintainers.
• The services cover the closed loop: register and authenticate, deploy a model, chat and run agents, industrial control, verification and support.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law; to abuse them (spam, credential sharing, unauthorized scraping, or attempts to disrupt infrastructure beyond authorized testing); or to process data you lack the rights to process, such as third-party personal or industrial data without authorization.

Availability and liability

The services are beta software with no SLA: availability, data durability, and feature stability are not guaranteed. They are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, and the maintainers are not liable for damages arising from their use — including when they restrict, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services.

Intellectual property and licensing

Source code of the celestia-island projects is published under per-repository licenses — upstream libraries under Apache-2.0 and service-layer products under BUSL-1.1 unless stated otherwise; see Commercial Licensing for the full map. Each repository's LICENSE file governs its own code.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time during the beta; material changes will be announced in the relevant repositories. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
